This sheet is meant to explain the options of chainmail patterns, jewelry styles, materials and colors I can use to make a custom piece. Information is subject to change based on availability of products from their sources. If you have any other questions, please click Contact Me!
Things to keep in mind first and foremost:
There are no returns or refunds. It's just not financially feasible for me. If at any point before the buying process you want to back out, feel free to do so with no judgement from me.
That said, if I make a mistake during the process somehow, I will fix it with no cost to you. If the piece needs further adjusting but it is not due to an error on my end, I will likely just ask that you pay for shipping back to me/then to you again, unless more supplies need to be ordered.
You'll need to have a somewhat flexible timeline for completion. I will always give you my best estimate, but 1. life happens, and 2. the shops I get my rings from are small businesses and run slower than big box stores and Amazon prime. But isn’t it cool that your order is supporting a lot of individuals and that your purchase will actually make a difference?! Handmade takes time!
